This particular customer had an entryway add upstairs and needed a set of stairs for the egress. Two sets of stairs with 5x5 lading to provide plenty of room to ascend and descend to a 3x3 platform walkway to the downstairs deck area in Virginia Beach, VA.

Interior Work

This was a small kitchen and it desperately needed help. We replaced all the lower cabinets demoed out backsplashes took the doors off of the upper cabinets changed the hinges and deleted all of the pulls on the cabinets cabinets. Primed and painted everything and did a nice knockdown texture on the walls. Installed new floors and trim. We installed and hood vent above the stove and went to town to bring this kitchen back to life! 

Complete turn over Lees Mill Newport news. 3 new vanities new cabinet paint and hardware, new lighting fixtures and fans. Lvp throughout downstairs and new carpet up. Painted cleaned up at the end and Sold off the market in 3 weeks!!!

All new flooring in a townhome unit in Virginia Beach, VA previous installers installed the flooring with no room to expand and contract and the flooring started to crack and come apart. Also painted the ceiling throughout the downstairs common areas a ceiling repair was done previously and never primed or painted.

Customer was going to have this textured where a wall was previously removed but K&R Innovations suggested a transition piece and we decided on creating a beautiful faux beam and rerouted the lights right into the beam and stained it.

We did a ton of work at this Property in Hampton, VA. We scraped texture from the ceilings in all common areas, made repairs to numerous cracks in the ceiling, Painted the ceiling, demoed all the old flooring and laid this 12mm pergo flooring, new baseboards throughout and a night highlight with the board and batten accent walls.

This customer was experiencing water intrusion from some bad mortar joints and decayed sealing on the chimney flashing so we fixed those issues then did some drywall repairs priming and painted the garage ceiling in Hampton, VA this is a before photo

Total house renovation in South Norfolk Chesapeake, VA  We resided the garage, metal wrapped all of the exterior windows and doors painted everything, gutted the kitchen and installed all new cabinets and counters, new appliances, flooring you name it.
